The Only Way Out
Multiple times removed from self
I force open and forget
The doors which appeared.
He asks: " You do?"
I say: " I do"
Everything comes to a standstill
When the leaves began to fall
I embraced him like a doll,
"No, I don't"
When the rain began to yell
Beside my crying stairs,
"No, I don't"
When the flowers bloomed to tell
The story of my tears
"No, I won't"
Why should I be myself
When all you need is
Fried thighs of your elf
And transparent lights in
Your secret chambers?
I won't ever ask questions
Till one day you tell me the
Answers; the slippery words-
Which will leave a snailtrail in my heart
And then is the time for us to part.
